What is ignitevet.com vs ignitevet.workplace.com?
Ignitevet.com is the purchasing website. This is where you purchase and manage your purchased seats. Ignitevet.workplace.com is the learning platform. This is where you will find all your groups/training/documents and more!
I just signed up for my subscription on ignitevet.com. What happens next?
- You will be sent an email with a receipt for your monthly subscription (Thank you!)
- You will receive an email from “IGNITE via Workplace” with the subject line: “IGNITE invited you to use Workplace”. Click the blue button inside this email and follow the steps to join the IGNITE platform.
How do I login to the learning platform?
Simply go to Ignitevet.workplace.com and login! If you have not yet activated your account by email you must first follow the invitation email. The email sender will be “IGNITE via Workplace” with the subject line: “IGNITE invited you to use Workplace”. Click the blue button inside this email and follow the steps to join the IGNITE platform. You might need to check your SPAM box to find this email!
What’s the URL for the IGNITE learning platform?
You can only login if you have first entered through the invitation email. Anytime after you have accepted this invite, feel free to login through this URL: http://ignitevet.workplace.com
Is IGNITE connected to my personal Facebook?
Nope. Not at all. There is no association between your personal Facebook and IGNITE. You will not be able to share content between the two sites, and none of your friends or relatives can follow you on IGNITE.
Is there an app to use IGNITE on my phone?
Yes! Go to the App Store or Google Play Store and download “Workplace by Facebook”. Once downloaded, use the same login and password that you used to register and login. When you use the app thereafter, you will not need to enter your login and password, it will remember who you are. (We also suggest downloading the Workplace Chat app)

How do I change my e-mail settings?
On Ignite.workplace.com click your icon in the bottom left corner, then click settings. Click notifications and adjust as needed!
How do I edit my profile information?
For any edits to your name, clinic, or credentials please reach out to email@example.com and let us know your current information and what you would like it swapped to! You can also make edits to names/credentials for individuals in seats on our purchasing platform at ignitevet.com!
How do I find content on IGNITE?
IGNITE has hundreds of resources available to you! First make sure you are on ignitevet.workplace.com, then use the search bar in the top left to search all of IGNITE! Once you click enter on a search you will see filter options pop up, so you can search by files, groups and more! Here is a short video showcasing this!
How do I find training on IGNITE?
Each membership has different groups, simply find the videos and courses group for your membership and learn away! Here is a short video on finding your group or specific training!
How do I find my groups?
From the home page of IGNITE your groups will be listed on the left side of the screen, from there click see all. This will pop out your groups. If you aren’t seeing them all be sure to select view more groups below your initial groups to see the rest! Here is a short video showing that!
How do I start a discussion or comment on a post?
Below the post will be a place for comments. Click into the field and begin typing!
How do I create a poll on IGNITE?
You can set up polls from the same menu you create your posts! Here is a short video showing you how!
How do I upload my own resources to IGNITE?
When creating a post you can upload resources directly to the post, or on our private pages you can upload directly into the files subcategory! Here is a video showing you how!
Subscriptions & Payment
How do I purchase more subscriptions for my employees?
Go to the purchasing platform ignitevet.com and log in to your account or click here. Then click Sign Up or Pricing and select the number of seats you would like!
How do I cancel my account?
What happens if recurring credit card charges fail?
In the case of an automatic payment failing in relation to a monthly hosting subscription, our system will alert you via email that the credit card charge has failed and that you must take immediate action. If we don’t hear back from you and/or don’t receive payment, we will need to deactivate your account.
Invoices charged automatically will retry failed payments at the optimal times up to 4 times within 1 week before canceling the subscription. Any such suspension or termination will result in the cancellation of any promotional programs applicable to your service. You agree to submit any disputes regarding any charge to your account in writing to IGNITE within sixty (60) days of such charge, otherwise such dispute will be waived and such charge will be final and not subject to challenge.
Keep in mind that as per our Terms and Conditions, you have given IGNITE, our affiliates, providers of third party services, and subcontractors a non-exclusive, fully- paid, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, revocable, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute the content you have provided to us (in whole or in part).
How does IGNITE use my information? Will my personal data be protected?
Short answer: yes, your personal data is protected. Long answer: IGNITE uses Workplace as a platform, and Workplace is powered by Facebook. Workplace runs completely separate to consumer Facebook. Workplace serves many large companies across the world, including banks and governments and has ensured top level security in order to protect your data.
