Team Management Help Guide

Your Unlimited subscription gives your hospital access for up to 50 team members at a time, for as long as your subscription stays active. Each member gets their own IGNITE account and personalized learning experience — and you manage it all from one place.

Getting started

Two ways to give your team access

Enroll your team using either your personalized enrollment link or the Team Management Dashboard. Pick whichever fits how you like to work.

OPTION 1 – FASTEST

Share your enrollment link
Recommended for the quickest, easiest setup.
Your coupon code is already built into the link
Team members are never asked to pay
Each person creates their own account
Enrollment in Unlimited is automatic
OPTION 2 – MORE CONTROL

Use the Team Management Dashboard
Recommended for greater control and visibility.
Add or remove team members
Organize users into teams and tags
Upload multiple users at once
View activity and build reports
Option 1

Share your personalized enrollment link

After purchasing Unlimited, you should have received an email from contact@ignitevet.com with a subject line like “Your coupon codes for order #12345.” It contains your enrollment link and your Unlimited coupon code.

1Find your coupon code email
Sent from contact@ignitevet.com right after your purchase.
2Copy the personalized enrollment link
The link already includes your coupon code.
3Share it with your team
Send the link to everyone you would like to enroll.
4They create their IGNITE account
Each member clicks the link and signs up — no payment required.
5They are enrolled automatically
Access is applied instantly. Use the link to enroll yourself too, if you plan to learn.
Can’t find your enrollment email? Search your inbox for a message from contact@ignitevet.com, or contact the IGNITE Customer Success team.
Option 2 · First-time setup

Set up your dashboard account

An account has already been created using the email from your Unlimited purchase. Before your first sign-in, you will create a password.

1Visit the dashboard
2Select “Forgot password?”
3Enter your purchase email
Use the same email you used when buying Unlimited.
4Request your reset link
Select Email Password Reset Link.
5Create your password
Open the email, follow the link, then return to sign in.
Organize

Managing your team

A team has already been created for you inside the dashboard. Keep the name, rename it to match your hospital, or create more — then use tags to keep everyone organized.

Rename or create a team
From the navigation, go to Settings → Teams, or visit manage.ignitevet.com/settings/team. Teams are useful when you have:
Multiple hospital locations
Different departments
Separate leadership groups
Different job roles or learning groups
Using tags
Tags are optional, but they make it easier to filter users and review reporting as your team grows. Create tags based on:
Job role or training group
Hospital location
Department
Date added or manager
Add users

Add a team member

Add people one at a time from the Users section of the dashboard.

1Open the Users page
Select Users from the left navigation, or visit manage.ignitevet.com/team
2Select “+ Add”
Click the + Add button near the top of the page.
3Enter their information
Add a full name and email. Optionally set a password (or leave it blank) and assign tags.
4Assign Unlimited
Open the Products dropdown and select Unlimited. This step is required for access.
5Add the user
Select Add — they are now enrolled in Unlimited.
FOR YOUR TEAM

How new team members sign in

Once you’ve added a team member to Unlimited, they’re ready to begin learning.

If You Created a Password for Them

Share the IGNITE sign-in page with your team member:

https://learn.ignitevet.com/users/sign_in

They can sign in using:

  • Their email address
  • The password you created for them

For security, we recommend they change their password after their first login.

If You Left the Password Blank

No problem! Your team member can create their own password by visiting:

https://learn.ignitevet.com/users/password/new

They simply enter their email address and follow the instructions sent to their inbox to set their password and access Unlimited.

Tip: After adding new users, consider sending them the appropriate sign-in or password setup link so they can access Unlimited right away.

Bulk enroll

Add multiple team members at once

Enrolling several people? Use the CSV upload option instead of adding each person individually.

1Open the Users page
Select Users from the dashboard navigation.
2Select “Upload”
Click the Upload button.
3Download the CSV template
Using the template ensures every required field is in the right format.
4Add your team’s information
Complete the template with each member’s required details.
5Upload the completed file
Return to the dashboard, upload your CSV, and review before importing.
